About this site. This site is operated by Barry Lam, a licensed insurance agent affiliated with Americhoice Financial Group (CA License # 4535242, NPN 22160527). It provides general information about final expense life insurance and lets you request contact from a licensed agent.

Eligibility (18+). You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, submit a request or enroll in our text messages. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

No offer or advice. Information on this site is general and is not an offer of insurance, a quote, or a guarantee of coverage, price or eligibility. Insurance is issued only by an insurance company after you apply and are approved. The funeral cost estimator is for planning purposes only.

Your information. You agree to provide accurate information and to submit requests only for yourself or with the permission of the person you're asking about. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Text message program

Program: Text messages from Barry Lam, a licensed agent with Americhoice Financial Group, about your quote request and appointments, and — if you separately agree — marketing messages about life insurance options.
Consent: You choose each type of message on our form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Frequency: varies with your request and appointments.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
